App crashing in Roku stick

Hi
I have a issue and i am not sure how to debug this. Wondering if someone can help me with this please ?
I developed an V2 of my App (https://my.roku.com/account/add?channel=MTRJRDC) tested in my boxes - Roku 2 XS and Roku 3. Then published it.
Now i am getting some trouble tickets saying its not launching. Its crashing as soon as app is opened.
In Model: 3600X - Roku Stick Software Version: version 7.5.0 build 4096-24

How can i debug this. Is there any way i can get a crash report out of that roku? Any help will be really appreciated

Oh sorry forgot to mention. As off now there is nothing showing up in https://developer.roku.com/developer-channels/analytics/crashlogs/

Earlier today the app crashed immediately on my Stick, but now it’s asking me for username and password (which, of course, I don’t have). Did you change something on the backend?
