Application has code activation method for user to sign in, Will it pass certification

Hi, Anyone can help me for the below query,

My channel has code activation screen before home scene launch, i,e User can enter into the app only after activating their account.

When I implement this will it pass certification and publish?

Because certification require On Device Authentication for sign in/sign up

I’m developing a channel which has code activation in external website for authentication
