background as image

i have been trying to get the background as a image but its just returning a grey screen.

is it possible to set the back ground with out using the canvas

i have been messing with the custom video player example, combining with the video player example. Not Going well

No. It’s not currently possible to have an image background on any of the built-in screen types.

Thank you endless no wonder i was having such issues, it was saying that was not a brightscript component or something like that
