We’re developing an app that works fine across all Roku devices. However, on Roku Ultra the background which consists of a preview image of the video in the upper right corner fading into black across the rest of the screen is not working properly. It breaks the images up and has a gray background behind thumbnails.
This only seems to happen on Ultra. On another Roku device it works the majority of the time but seems to not load graphics/thumbnails fully… Any idea to what might be going on?
