I am developing a Roku app and I want to place a banner ad in the app. I see that Roku offers one option for a banner ad which is a 728 x 90 leaderboard . Does the scale stay the same regardless if my layout is 1080 or 720? Because the ad is considerably smaller if my layout is 1920 x 1080 as opposed to 1280 x 720.
