Could some please post the command flow they use to bif file, ffmpeg comand line, et al? We follow the instructions and cannot get the bif to display. We are converting mpeg2 files to x.264, Should we be using the mpeg2 or the x264 files to create the jpgs?
ffmpeg is not the only utility you need. I’d suggest looking at http://forums.roku.com/viewtopic.php?f=34&t=24938&start=0 where Brian (bcl) wrote a python replacement utility that handles everything.. read the posts in the thread tho.
