If you are logged in to Roku.com then manually go to http://owner.roku.com/Developer to bypass the various issues still afflicting the new website.

Are you sure that’s a valid workaround? I can’t get anything to work. No matter what I do, the link to billing enrollment is still broken.
Isn’t there just a direct link to the form you can provide me? It’s been broken for months now.

I don’t want to speak for bosborne, but I think the primary issue is that the enrollment link on this page leads to a 404: https://www.roku.com/billing
There’s a separate link on that page to the services agreement, so I don’t think it’s the same thing.

I remember there was a web form I had to fill in for billing.
At this point I almost wonder if it’s meant to be down?
