After entering all required information (Channel Properties, Support Information) and successfully uploading a .pkg, the ‘Submit’ button is not available to publish to QA.
After upload, it also does not reflect that a .pkg is attached to the ‘Unpublished package’ panel and reverts to the original ‘Minimum firmware’. Channel Properties, Support Information is saved. https://www.imageupload.co.uk/image/EAGb

You can access the current channel publishing flow by logging into your account at developer.roku.com/developer, clicking on Manage My Channels, and either creating a new channel or updating an existing channel. You can find a step-by-step walkthrough of this process in our channel publishing guide: https://sdkdocs.roku.com/display/sdkdoc/Create+a+Public+Channel
