Can't find location to update Feed URL link

I’m having some trouble following the very simple instructions here:

My problem is on step 2. I can’t find where to input the feed url? In the instructional image, there is a “Feed URL” drop-down to the right of the “Manage My Channels” drop down. I have created a new channel. However, the “Feed URL” option is nowhere to be found. I using this path-
