Casting a Game from phone to your Smart TV / Roku Enabled TV

I am developing a game that uses the casting feature and connects the user’s mobile device and Smart TV. Now the issue I have in mind is that

  1. whether the Roku will allow the game on the Channel app list.

  2. If I want my mobile device to e the remote for the game in ROKU TV, Does Roku allow a Third-party application too be used as a remote, or do we require some special permission?
