My channel is published and setup with the partner payouts program to be monetized.
How does the channel get recognized and Roku start selling ads?
Are there any stats out there as to how many installs or minutes watched it takes to make some money from ads through direct publisher? I don’t expect to make a lot, but does anyone have some information?

I wouldn’t bother trying to monetize with Roku. Even when you get a good channel with lots of ads running they don’t pay you out. They give you a lame excuse that they’re having issues and if you’re due any payment to wait until the next billing cycle - which I’ve been through two now going on a third. It’s a complete scam.
They will pay quarterly like end of November,feb, may and september
