Customising screens

Hey I am new in developing Roku applications i got few wire frames for its UI .Can someone help me  how can i develop these screens as i didn’t find these kind of screen in documentation.

Those look like a job for…SceneGraph! Maybe the panel screens.

#3 should be a label list type -
