Hey, are you guys still receiving email notifications on PM or replies to topics you subscribed to in the forum?
For me these have been sputtering, on and off since end of last week - and the last few days i have received 0. No notifications. So have to manually “poll”/scan the forum
It’s been a while since I’ve received any forum notifications to subscribed topics, even after resetting my board preferences and e-mail address.
Hm, so i am going with the the theory it’s not my (and @belltown 's inbox) but the Roku forums sender mail server that’s dead.
When is the last notifications someone has got from “forummaster@roku.com” in your mailbox, if you can look it up guys?
Last for me is 4/25
4/18 for me
I put in a ticket a few minutes ago.

I got logged out and forgot my password. Never got a forgot password email so I just emailed forummaster@roku.com and Shawn got back to me within an hour and reset my password.
Guess it’s a wider spread issue with the server not sending emails.
Almost 2 weeks, still no emails…

I’m pinging the web team again tonight. Trust me, it’s frustrating me too, since I rely on those emails for subscribed topics and PM notifications for follow-up.

Seems the issue was fixed today!
Bless RokuCo’s sysadmins heart for taking 3 weeks to fix trivial issue that should been addressed within 24 hours.
