I’m submitting my first channel I intend to use advertising on. More specifically Roku’s RAF advertising. It’s staying on a red exclamation mark, and when I click on it, it says “Please enroll in Roku’s Billing Services Program” but when I click it, it takes me back to the Developer Site homepage. Under My Developer Info it says “Roku Billing Initiated” and when I click into the Edit field, it only seems to ask my email address for Paypal, which is entered and correct. Then I come back to the checklist and Monetization is still a red Exclamation mark?!
Is there something else I need to do for this to enroll?
