Error 500: Internal Server Error

CGI program sent malformed or too big (>16384 bytes) HTTP headers: [init_ca_bundle_stat: stat /common/certs/ca-bundle.crt: No such file or directory

I am on Roku 3600X - Roku Stick

I have restarted the Roku Stick. I have done a Factory reset also. But the issue persists.

How do I fix this issue?

I’m having the exact same error when I try to package my channel. I’m using 4200X with 14.0.4.

ROKU promised it will be fixed in 12.5, but sadly the issue still occurs. I hope they fix it soon or give some info about it. If only some of the models are affected, I’m willing to buy another device, but I don’t know which models are not bugged…

This is happening for me too. I’ve tried factory resetting, clearing apps, and rerunning keygen, but to no avail. My device is a 4200X - Roku 3 and it’s on Roku OS 14.04. It seems like maybe this is a regression, because I don’t see any messages about it since November 2023, but a couple new reports popped up this week.

I have just run into this issue on a 4200X running 14.1.4

Has anyone managed to get round this issue or found a fix? I have tried rerunning genkey but still no joy. Not sure how we are going to update our channels if this keeps happening :disappointed_face:
