Having a transparent layout above streaming video

Hi,

Can we draw a transaparent layout on top of a video with several links displayed on the layout in Roku?

Yes. You would have to use roVideoPlayer and roImageCanvas. Take a look at the customvideoplayer example in the SDK. http://www.roku.com/developer
