how do I add the top bar and logo to a roGrid?

I am trying to figure out how I can add a logo and the top bar to my roGrid. I am currently using the flat-landscape style and would like to continue using it along with the graphics on top. Thank you for your help

*I should probably add that I have my logo on my springBoardScreen. I just cant get it on my Grid.

These have to be in your app manger sub. Obviously the names have to be yours.
