How do I make a theme for Roku and upload it to the store?

Hello, I was looking on the Roku store and I was thinking how could I make my own Roku theme. When I looked it up there wasn’t any information, so I wanted to ask here to see if anyone knows. Does anyone know how?

Roku isn’t currently accepting any new third-party themes in our Channel Store, which is why you don’t see any documentation on them. Sorry about that!
