I just created a private channel using the tool in instanttvchannel.com in which the channel content is a flash video hosted on ESPN. The problem is that I can’t view the video, forgot the exact message when I pressed play. Outside of roku I can view the video on PC so I don’t have permission problem. What might cause this? Does the content have to be mp4? If so, how to pick up the live stream?
If you have a video camera (like a minicaster – http://minicaster.com/ ) then you can point it at the computer, send it to a wowza server and use roku to view whatever you want.
