How to get Webservices API key

I’m actually looking for a way to configure/get a Webservice Key to access API ?

Also, could you is there any existing environment for tests/integration

The API is for Roku’s billing system. If you sign up for Roku Billing you will get one.

I’m currently integrating the Roku billing with my own system. Is there any existing “test” or "integration platform.
