I want to publish my channel to roku store, but i cann’t upload package because of the payment method.
And， I had enroll “Roku Partner Payouts Program”, it contains the payment method, why it need add a payment method again when upload package ?
Well, those are two different things - one is how Roku gives money to you and the other is how you buy things from Roku. I’ve never had to have a payment method on file to upload a package.

That’s interesting. I wonder if it’s new. I haven’t uploaded anything for a few months now, but I’ll look for it the next time I do.
If you’ve now successfully uploaded your package you might want to see what happens if you remove your payment method at https://my.roku.com . I have had a payment method off and on in the past, but I always remove it once I’m not using it anymore.
