I want to include ads but ROKU say is not in channel stores

Hi.

I got a issue with my channel in ROKU I want to include ads and I been in touch with a person from advertising@roku.com, and he told me that my channel is not in the channel stores,

and check my setup, and I got got three countries: Mexico, USA and Canada.

this is the channel=92304 and the name is canal 10, I checked every thing and my channel it appears in my roku.

if someone can help me I will really appreciate it.

I checked the link that you provided but it says: channel store in this web it is not allow in your region.

I just checked (US, Roku3) and there is no published channel# 92304 - either public (listed in Roku’s Channel Stores) or private (addable by code).

Seems the person behind advertising@ was right, for a change.

Ha! I see you added a snapshot. So “Canal 10” is public and says it was “Publicado” on June 3rd or March 6th (whichever way the dev.portal cookie crumbles in Spanish; likely wrong, should be dd/mm/yyyy)

If that was the case for the US store though, i should be able to see it here: http://channelstore.roku.com/details/92304 - and i can’t! :open_mouth: Can you see your channel in web browser at this - or another URL? Have you got any installs, from which countries?
