Loading text over RAF playback

I’m occasionally seeing ‘Loading…’ text overlaying commercials playing through the RAF system in our channel. It’s currently in the Unpublished state while I research this, but the text shows randomly while the Ad 1 of 1 text is rendered during ad playback. Any idea what I can do to prevent this behavior?

Am seeing the same, though only on Roku 4. Can somebody from Roku clarify if this is a bug and will be resolved?
