paid with PayPal. USD payment missed. Sometimes it’s later than the other payments but this month it just never arrived. Will continue to monitor. Anyone receive USD with PayPal? Thanks.
I didn’t receive USD either which makes it officially late as per Roku’s own agreement since it’s already past 60 days. I guess I’m glad I’m not alone.

They wrote me back asking for my e-mail address, the same one that they replied to… ? Wow.
Roku seriously needs to change their tagline from “Happy streaming” to “Roku, where incompetence reigns supreme”.
Still no resolution. Doesn’t look like this is a priority.

Just received the USD payment via paypal.
Same here. I asked someone that uses direct deposit and he says he’s never had an issue. I shudder at the thought of trying to change, but if this happens again maybe I will.
Don’t you love how Roku never gave any explanation or (heaven forbid) apology?
