I’m having issues with ad requests using doubleclick.
It seems there’s close to ZERO requests when using a vast tag such as :
This vast tag was received from a company who’s a Google partner.
When i used Vast tags from other companies i used to have multiple conversions per day.
Is there something wrong with the tag above?
Unfortunately that’s the only issue with Roku, is that they do not have a support structure in place. Good luck.
Are you using RAF (Roku Ads Framework) to fetch the ads?
Troubleshoot it on your own - what happens when you run the app side-loaded, does the ad server return any ads? It’s much more likely to be issue with DoubleClick not returning ads
