No transaction IDs associated with test user with Roku dev environment

We have not been able to verified the backend / products. When we created a test user with roku dev environment, no transaction ID is associated with the user therefore we couldn’t test. When we check https://developer.roku.com/users the test users we’ve created should show up but none is there. We’ve heard stories from other companies having similar issue but Roku has not responded with a fix.

We even submitted our build knowing this issue exists hoping during review Roku can identify the issue. However this week our app cert status was updated to ‘ready for publish’ . Anyone has similar experience / have advice? Thanks

Have a similar issue.

The transaction Id for one time purchase is not visible in the test user transactions.
Also when buying in the bundle (subscription + one time purchase), only the subscription is registered -confirmed by email confirmation and Roku Pay push notification.
Even though the purchase confirmation modal contains both.

It is impossible to test if payment works as it is not working for the billing testing channel…

What is weird, while purchasing one time purchase as a stand alone purchase, it is working (but still no transaction id associated for test user).
