# Nodes that get rendered on screen, set to an "m" variable in TargetGroup itemComponent, get orphaned when the nodes are removed

Any node that is rendered on screen and gets referenced and set in a TargetGroup itemComponent’s `m` context gets orphaned when the nodes are removed from the tree. This is probably happening for RowList itemComponents as well.
