NON USA Developer , enroll in billing service program.

Hi guys,
I’ve emailed you, but still no answer back regarding this.
I’m from UK and i want to enroll into the Roku’s Billing Services Program.
I have my channel ready to be publish on Roku, but i need to have billing on it as it has premium content, so, how do i enroll if i’m not from USA? The form asks me USA related questions.

You can still register, through we’ll need a W8 ( http://www.irs.gov/app/picklist/list/fo … formNumber) completed in the place of the W9.
