Does the netflix channel support a parameter of TitleID or something?
I’d like to launch it from another roku channel if possible and either navigate to it or have it start playing.

No :(. The idea of launching netflix to a specific piece of content was given as an illustrative(non-functional) example in the ECP documentation at one time, but the 3.0 beta sdk has that reference replaced with a generic dev channel. They haven’t shared if there are any plans to include this in the future.
