We are developing a Roku channel. Our Roku channel requires to play live video stream and live audio stream simultaneously. Both live video stream and live audio stream loads using different URLs.
What we need is when user plays live video stream, it should start live audio stream in the background. I.e. we want to play live audio stream in background and live video stream in the foreground simultaneously.
Is that possible to play audio and video stream simultaneously?
To elaborate - with a hardware encoding device like telairity, http://www.telairity.com/product-BM6110.html - you can connect a video camera to it to get the live video stream, and then there are audio inputs from any other device to merge the audio track into the video, and it provides you with a single url with both merged into one.
