playlist not looping on TCL/Insignia smart TVs

I have an app that plays playlists of up to 60 short (:30 second) videos. It works on all Roku devices (Stick, Express, etc.) but not on TCL/Insignia Roku-integrated smart TVs.

Is there a difference between the small Roku devices and the Roku which is part of the smart TV? The only problem is that it won’t loop when it comes to the end of the playlist.

What app is it?

If you are referring to the Roku Media Player, you have to enable continuous playback on each device. Setting it on one doesn’t set the other devices.
