i have problems when publishing a channel via DEVELOP SDK.
I enter all the data and information, but then when I change the section: MONETIZATION,
INSERT THE TIP: Customers will pay before installing my channel.
THEN I INSERT MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION, AND UNTIL ALL WELL.
if I put Price Tier 0, it saves me the specifications and accepts them, but if I put what is needed for me, Price Tier 13 (which serves me)
gives me error: We are experiencing problems with the service. Please try submitting your changes again or refreshing your web browser.
I tried to do everything but does not accept the Price Tier 13.
How can I do??
I have already published other channels in the past but I have never had problems ….

ps: there is already the possibility to put the channels to pay monthly through direct publish ???
