Question on Private channels

Hi I am developing a channel for a client in a different country he has a ROKU box I was wondering I have not uploaded a channel yet but I eventually will publish it as a public channel but for now can I upload it as a private channel so my client can see the channel in is development stage and once he is happy with it can I then delete the private channel and re upload it as a public channel?
Thanks in advance for any help on this

You can do that, but you can also just use the code for the unpublished public channel to save yourself the step.
