Another pay period gone by, and once again no check in my bank from Roku for running ad’s on my content.
I was really hoping that they were being truthful when they said they have worked out their problems with RAF. But here it is 65 days past the end of Q1/2018 and not even a whiff of a payment.
Did anyone get there’s this time or are we all waiting on magical answers again?

Last quarter they where on time (kind of) but looks like they are late again.

Well if anyone gets paid, please update us. I submitted a ticket a week ago and haven’t even gotten a “Hey, I’m checking that out” email. The longer this goes on the more I think Roku’s doomed for failure..

Still crickets here… ya know if they had just sent out a mass email saying “Hey, we’re working on it and it will be a few days late” I’d be ok with that
Still waiting… Still no answer on my support ticket that was opened two weeks ago. If you are new to direct publisher, don’t waste your time. RokuCo has decided that it’s best to run ad’s (which they get paid for) on your content and then not pay or respond to your questions. If I was the only one it would be an anomaly, but a quick search of this forum (or the SDK forum) will show a bunch of people having the same issue.
Come on’ RokuCo… you’re better than this…
