I use certified hosting they seem to be very good to work with, i would stay away from Bounceweb however.
Honestly there really isn’t such a thing as “affordable” that will support a large number of reliable video streams. Bitgravity and Edgecast seem to have the best pricing, but you will be locked into a contract with minimums.
I do however have a comment on who not to use…SimpleCDN. It’s tempting because you can get what seems to be exactly what you need for $.03 per Gb transfer with no contract. But read this before you do…
