Reduce buffering/lag of wifi video to 1 sec

Currently Roku seems to buffer for about 15 seconds before it starts playing.

How to reduce the buffering so that the lag is within about 1 to 2 seconds.

Using Roku Ultra and playing video from a desktop on local wifi network .
