Region error on my private channel

I created a private channel, however, when I go to add the channel it states the channel is not in my region. When I first used direct publisher I only clicked the United States and published the channel and it worked. I went back into the program and updated it to all regions, it does not identify the channel.If anyone could assist me with fixing the channel that would be greatly appreciated.
