Can you provide your channel application code so we can further investigate the cause of this error?
CSAI playback is canceled if the player spends the total time buffering for an ad that exceeds the length of the ad itself (for example, 15s buffering for 15s ad, or 30s buffering for 30s ad, and so on).
We can help more if you can provide the device ID/RIDA and timestamp or if you provide the channel code.
