Roku OS 10.0 couldn't load next segment for a live stream

On OS 10.0 Roku device, stream doesn’t load next segment and just stop at “buffering” state without any error. The Video showing only buffing with “Loading” and progress bar never move.

I think this could be related to the UTCTiming update on Roku OS 10.0, but I couldn’t find much information.

On OS 9.4 it work fine

Video Format: mpeg4_10b

Audio Format: aac

Stream Bitrate: 196 kbps

Have you tried using the Stream Tester tool to diagnose this issue. If you still have issues, please provide the code with the stream so we can provide further support.
