Seems the URL to enroll in the payouts program doesn’t work. Is anyone else having a problem with this? Is there a direct l;ink to enroll besides the one hidden in the direct publishers monetization page?
https://developer.roku.com/developer/billing not working at all, just pauses on the page then returns to the default dashboard!
lol, yep. Had the exact same issue. Alot of links & urls on the delevoper side of the site are bad, or just take you on an infinite loop.
Email enrollment@roku.com. You can save yourself a step and just email them a completed W-9 and your Paypal accounts email address, as I believe that’s all they need on the Direct Publisher platform. They should respond. Outside of that tho, don’t expect any questions answered relate to payouts, reporting etc. I’ve sent a couple and those have gone unreturned.

It’d be nice if they just included that info in the developers instructions.
Or allowed something other than PayPal for payouts.
