I created a new channel recently using Kaltura as the host and I have been able to set the channel up and add videos no problem but every time I try to play a video it buffers for a second and then goes back to the channel home.
I read a similar issue Here but all of our videos are already in MP4 format so I am not sure what the fix might be.
