roku4 developer mode activation freezes.

I have a roku 4 with firmware 7.2.0 Build 4100 latest update as of today. I get to this screen:

then I click “ok” in my remote and it freezes, it doesnt take any other command from my remote and it doesnt reboot the roku either. I have to unplug it…

any ideas on why this is happening?

that’s odd.
do you have way too many channels installed?
Anything funky when you do Settings > System > System update > Check now ? As in, popup that it’s trying to install a channel for part of a second?
