Scrolling MultiStyleLabel vertically

Hello, i am using MultiStyleLabel to render simple HTML markup text (license). I want to simply scroll it up and down (like normal text box on every operating system).

How can i do that in ROKU ?

I tried translation but this does not work in LayoutGroup.

ScrollableText does not support tag like text styles.
