Is there any way to set a Roku channel to start playing automatically after a set amount of time?

Assuming the channel is already launched on the device, you would set a timer so that if no activity happens in a given time period, the channel initiates video playback. Any time there is activity from the user, you would reset the timer to 0.

No, however… you could have a screensaver that calls the ECP to launch a channel, I suppose…
