Setting up Payments on Private Channel

Hello,

Is there a way to set up a monthly subscription channel without using Roku’s payment system? 30% of profits is pretty high for what I’m trying to do…

You can integrate with any other payment service that you’re able to.

How would you set something like that up? Would the customer be blocked from accessing the content if they do not renew their subscription?

Is there a tutorial on how to do this somewhere? I cannot find any information on using third party billing…

Whatever third party billing service that you want to use probably has information on how to use it. Obviously Roku wouldn’t know anything about that.

If you want to set up billing with the minimum effort, using Roku’s billing service is the easiest. It’s a rather large step up in difficulty if you want to use a different one.

Yes, that is looking like the only option I will be able to use. What is the minimum amount that I can charge for the channel?
