Splash Screen when Loading?

Hey Gang,

I’d like to do a “Splash Screen” when our channel is loading, and really dig what Crackle has done. Anyone have some insight as to what to look at to do this?

Here is a crappy image I shot with my iPhone of what Crackles looks like when the app is loading

Lots of channels do that or something similar. It’s an image displayed on a roImageCanvas.

to make it even more fun, you can fade in the graphic image, or at least create the illusion that it is fading in.
