Anyone else running into these errors?
Our json feed is valid. At random times, Roku will say that a handful of our videos and thumbnails aren’t working. But, the links work fine. Errors will go away for a while, then a few weeks later pop back up. Not always the same files/links.
The errors are:
‘#’** ****items have error: **Required video url is unreachable.
** ****items have error: ****Thumbnail could not be downloaded.**[/font][/size][/color]
Could this be a permissions issue with your video hosting service?

That would be my thought also. It could also be a bandwidth limitation with the hosting company.

Permissions are all good.
No bandwidth limits.
The errors occur randomly.
At 3pm on 11/11 I was getting 17 urls and 38 thumbnails “unreachable”.
Then at 2:35am on 11/12 I was getting 10 urls and 31 thumbnails “unreachable”.
