I have the grid screen background color set to white, but I can not figure out which setting will set the title and subtitle under each video when I use the “two-row-flat-landscape-custom” for my layout. I have attached a screenshot so you can see what I’m referencing.

Unfortunately, (unless something changed recently) those text colors aren’t themable, so you’re stuck with the gray.
With that said, in my experience Roku is likely to reject a channel that uses a white background (too blinding in a darkened viewing area), so maybe you can come up with a color scheme that addresses both concerns…
