Using the Video Player for a live stream DASH link, need to play at current time not start time

We’re using the Roku video player for a DASH link which is from a live stream.

What we’re seeing is that during the event, it always starts at the beginning.

How do we tell it to play from the DASH link, for a live event, at the current time not the start time?
