I want to set up video.contol=prebuffer while the pre-roll ads comes into play … , i tried to set up the feature but faced an issue saying the media player cant play and the roku ad buffering bar freezes up . Please help me out to resolve this issue .

I wanted to know how to terminate prebuffer of a video player . I have started prebuffer while the user has focus on a button or over a grid item , but the prebuffer stills stays even if user goes back and tries to access video on another category as the video doesnt play of that particular category .
